*Favorite Modality or Massage Technique:
I practice a combination of deep tissue massage and general relaxation. This combination works well for the majority of my clients because I can offer them a welcome relief from chronic muscle tension and a sense of improved overall well-being.
*Favorite Mantra or Saying:
I want people to appreciate the tremendous healing power of touch.
*Why I Practice Massage Therapy:
I am dedicated to practicing massage therapy because I want my clients to experience the benefits of stress reduction and to feel free of physical pain. I will use a wide variety of techniques to help restore mobility in their neck and shoulders, knees and lower back so that they can enjoy playing sports and feel comfortable when sitting in front of their computers. Working out chronic muscle tension may be painful at times, but I am always careful not to forget about the relaxation aspect of massage. After all, what is a good massage for? It should restore physical and mental well-being.
*Why I Love East-West Healing Arts School and Clinic:
I love to do my massages at East-West Healing Arts Center because, as a graduate of this premier Healing Center, I know the exceptional professionalism of all those who teach and work here. Every therapist is devoted to serving their clients’ needs to the utmost. To work in such an environment is inspiring.
