Reservations: East-West suggests booking massage therapy and bodywork appointments at least 24 hours ahead. Please schedule your appointment with the front desk at (608) 236-9000.
We can accommodate same day appointments. We do reward clients who rebook their next session at the time of their appointments. Walk-ins are subject to availability. We require credit card information to hold the appointment.
First Time to East-West: Arrive 15 minutes prior to your massage therapy and bodywork appointment to fill out intake forms, give time to use the bathroom and to speak to your massage therapist about your concerns and requests. You may also enjoy our Tea Room.
Returning Clients: We suggest 10 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy the Tea Room, time to use the bathroom and to speak to your massage therapist about your concerns and request. If you are running late for your appointment please call the front desk at (608) 236-9000.
Clients below 18 years old: Clients below 18 years old must be accompanied by parent or guardian inside the room during the session, unless otherwise authorized by parent or guardian.
Cancellation: Please provide 24 hours ahead notice to cancel appointments. If no cancellation notice has been given we will charge full amount of the service booked.
Tipping: Gratuities cannot be added to the (Credit card or Check) payment of your services. Please tip your massage and bodywork therapist with cash or check.
Cell Phones: Please turn off your cell phone. We have music playing at East-West to help reduce noise and maintain a peaceful and quiet environment.
Parking: We have plenty of parking available in our parking lot or on the street. Confidentiality: Your information is kept private by East-West and your massage and bodywork therapist.
